Key Features of the Venustas Heated Jacket – What We Liked
- Three-Zone Heating: One of the standout features of the Venustas Heated Jacket is its three-zone heating system. This system strategically places heating elements in the chest and back areas, ensuring that you stay warm where it matters most. The adjustable heating levels allow you to customize your comfort, making it suitable for a range of temperatures – low, medium, and high.
- Stylish Design: Venustas understands that staying warm doesn’t mean sacrificing style. Their heated jacket boasts a sleek and modern design that can seamlessly integrate into any winter wardrobe. With a variety of colors to choose from, you can find the perfect jacket to match your personal style.
- Venustas Heated Jacket Battery: The Venustas heated jacket is equipped with a high-capacity, rechargeable battery that can keep you warm for hours. Depending on the heating level you select, you can enjoy continuous warmth for up to 10 hours on a single charge. This ensures that you stay comfortable during extended outdoor activities. The battery lasts 3-4 hours on high heat, 6-7 hours on medium and up to 10 hours on low.
- Durable and Weatherproof: The jacket is designed to be weatherproof. We wore this jacket in a rainstorm and stayed dry. Designed with the great outdoors in mind, the Venustas heated jacket is constructed from high-quality materials that are both durable and weatherproof. It can withstand rain, snow, and wind, making it a reliable choice for all your winter adventures. The reflective lining on the interior of the jacket helps to hold heat in.
- Versatility: Whether you’re hiking, camping, or just running errands on a chilly day, the Venustas heated jacket is versatile enough to meet your needs. It’s designed for a wide range of activities, ensuring you can stay warm in any winter setting. We liked that the hood of the jacket is removable.
- Machine Washable: The Ventustas heated jacket is machine washable in cold water on the gentle cycle. It’s recommended that the jacket be placed in a mesh laundry bag before washing and that it be line dried.
- Price: The Venustas heated jacket is sold at a more affordable price than many other heated jackets.
- Waterproof Travel Bag: The coat comes with a waterproof travel bag, which could be useful if you want to pack it in a suitcase.
What Could be Improved – Venustas Heated Jacket Review
- Battery Charge Time: We tested the battery several times and it took 6-7 hours to fully charge the battery. We’d like to see it charge faster.
- Weight: The Venustas heated jacket weighs about 1.4 kg (3 lbs). I wore it on a long hike in the high alpine of the Purcell Mountains and I found it a bit heavy for that type of activity. The women’s Heated Jacket 7.4V would be great for a walk around the neighbourhood or for shoveling a driveway, but it was a bit heavy for a long uphill hike. That said, it’s possible that another model might be more lightweight and appropriate for intense physical activity.
I am not going to lie. I have been thinking about buying heated socks too!
How we Tested the Jacket
We tested the Women’s Heated Jacket 7.4V. We got the jacket in summer, so it was a bit of a challenge to test it in extreme cold weather conditions. The best we could do was to take it to the high alpine where it was cooler. We also wore it outside during a rainstorm to test the water resistance. We plan to test it more this winter in extreme cold conditions and will add to this review then.

Overall Rating – Venustas Heated Jacket Review
I have wanted to purchase a heated jacket for some time now and I liked the Venustas women’s heated jacket 7.4V. It was more affordable than most heated jackets and it kept me toasty warm for hours. At the medium heat setting, the battery lasted for over 6 hours. I’m looking forward to testing it in winter when it gets extremely cold. The Venustas Heated Jacket is well made, and I liked the way it looked and felt when I wore it. If you’re looking for a way to stay warm and comfortable during the winter months without sacrificing style or breaking the bank, the Venustas Heated Jacket is worth considering.

I bought a jacket from Venustas through Amazon. I scanned the QR to register my jacket. I went to the site and filled out all the information they required. I put in my credit card number and it said they would not accept that credit card and needed a different one. I didn’t give them the second credit card number. Good thing, cuz minutes later my card was used fraudulently. I tried to get in contract with Venustas to tell them there was a problem with the QR code they sent in the box with my coat. Their website said “this site can’t be reached, venustasofficial.com refused to connect ” I don’t trust them.
